At MQubed Comics & Toys, we take pride in accurately describing and packaging every item we sell. Because many of our products are collectible, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind, most sales are considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues involving shipping damage or order errors.

We may be able to accommodate changes before an order enters the packing or shipping process. Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

We ship across Canada and to the United States. All orders are dispatched from Whitby, Ontario.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Every item is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Fragile or oversized pieces receive additional reinforcement. For particularly large or delicate items, we may contact you to discuss the safest shipping option before dispatching.
Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. US orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed by MQubed Comics & Toys.

Pre-Orders allow customers to reserve upcoming comics, collectibles, action figures, and other products before they become available.
Product release dates are provided by publishers, manufacturers, and distributors and may change without notice.
MQubed Comics & Toys is not responsible for delays caused by publishers, distributors, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
Product images, cover artwork, packaging designs, and promotional materials are supplied by manufacturers and publishers and may differ from the final product received.
We carefully inspect all products before shipment.
For comic books, we strive to ship copies that meet modern collectible standards. Minor manufacturing imperfections may occur and do not automatically qualify for refunds or replacements.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all products are available.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.
Pre-Orders are considered final sale once submitted.
If a publisher cancels a product or we are unable to obtain inventory from our suppliers, a full refund or store credit will be issued at the customer's choice.
Some products may be allocated by publishers or distributors.
In rare situations where inventory is reduced by our suppliers, customer orders may be adjusted. If this occurs, affected customers will be notified and refunded for any unavailable items.
Comic book grading is subjective and represents an opinion rather than a guarantee.
Any grade assigned to an ungraded comic book by MQubed Comics & Toys is our estimate based on industry grading standards and experience.
Grades may differ from those assigned by professional grading companies or other collectors.
Comics encapsulated and graded by third-party grading companies are sold according to the grade assigned by that grading company.
MQubed Comics & Toys does not guarantee or make representations regarding future grading outcomes, resale values, or market performance.
Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions before purchasing.
Additional photos may be requested before purchase whenever available.
Unless a comic has been professionally graded and certified by a recognized grading company, no specific grade is guaranteed.
