Before committing to any purchase, you are welcome — and encouraged — to schedule a live video call inspection. We will walk you through the collection piece by piece so you can see exactly what you are getting:

Once payment is confirmed, we arrange delivery or local pickup. Collections ship in multiple boxes with costs based on destination, box count, and weight — all confirmed with you before dispatch. Local pickup from Whitby, ON is also available at no shipping cost.

All collection sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and collectible items, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges once a purchase has been completed and payment confirmed. Each item is individually represented through photographs, descriptions, and the live video inspection process before any sale is finalized.
We make every effort to ensure you have a full and accurate picture of what you are purchasing before you commit — including noting any missing accessories, wear, or cosmetic imperfections. If you have specific questions about the condition of any item in a collection, ask during the inspection and we will show you directly.
The video inspection step exists specifically to protect you as a buyer. We strongly encourage all buyers to take advantage of the inspection before finalizing any purchase. Once payment has been received and the collection transferred, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.
Collections are large by nature. Most purchases will ship in 10–15 separate boxes depending on volume and item size. Each box is carefully packed and clearly labelled as part of the same shipment to ensure nothing gets separated in transit.

Our checkout includes a multi-box shipping estimator where you can enter the number of boxes and your destination to get an estimated total. The final confirmed shipping cost will be provided to you before the order is dispatched. If the actual carrier rate differs significantly from the estimate, we will contact you before proceeding.
If you are in the Whitby, Ontario area, you can pick up your collection in person at no shipping cost. Pickup is only available after the purchase has been fully finalized and payment confirmed. Contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time once your payment is complete.
